Short answer

Apply once and we match your telehealth company or clinic to a partner 503A pharmacy or 503B outsourcing facility licensed in the states you serve. Approved accounts get catalog access and quoted pricing for their program, with one point of contact across every pharmacy. US Wholesale is not a pharmacy.

Why is finding a compounding pharmacy partner slow?

Pharmacy licensing is state by state, and no single pharmacy fits every product. Negotiating with each one separately costs you weeks.

What is in the catalog?

More than 1,000 products that our partner 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities can produce on request. Approved accounts get access to the catalog, with availability and pricing for their program. These are pharmacies we already supply with bulk ingredients, which is where our pricing and our relationships come from.

How does it work?

  1. Apply with your practice, prescriber and state details.
  2. We review your program, open the catalog, and quote availability and pricing.
  3. We place you with the partner pharmacy that fits, help complete its account setup, and stay your point of contact.

Who does what?

Prescription products are compounded and dispensed only by licensed partner pharmacies and outsourcing facilities, under a licensed prescriber's order. US Wholesale provides the introduction, account setup and technology.

Launching a telehealth brand instead?

If you do not have a storefront, patient intake or a pharmacy connection yet, our done-for-you telemed platform covers all of it: a branded storefront, patient intake, a prescriber connection and pharmacy routing.

Common questions

What is the difference between a 503A pharmacy and a 503B outsourcing facility?

A 503A compounding pharmacy prepares medication for an individual patient from a prescription written for that patient, and is state-licensed. A 503B outsourcing facility compounds in larger batches, is registered with the FDA and can supply practices without a patient-specific prescription.

Is US Wholesale Peptides a pharmacy?

No. US Wholesale is not a pharmacy and does not compound or dispense medication. We work with licensed partner 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities, and we handle matching, onboarding and technology for the companies we place with them.

Which states do your partner pharmacies cover?

Our partner network includes pharmacies licensed across all 50 states. Coverage for a specific product depends on the pharmacy and the state, so we confirm it for your program during review.

Do we need our own prescriber?

Yes. Patient-specific medication requires a prescription from a licensed prescriber. If you are launching a telehealth brand and do not have a prescriber arrangement yet, see our done-for-you telemed program.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is set per program and depends on the product, the volume and the pharmacy. We share availability and pricing after your application is reviewed.
