Then check how it handles your labels and batch details, how certificates ship with orders, whether tracking reaches your store, what happens when it makes a mistake, and whether you can test before going live. Get every answer in writing.

Will the 3PL accept peptides at all?
Ask this first. Some warehouses will not take them. Find out before you spend a week on a quote.
Then ask what they require from you: documents, labels, a research-use model. A good partner answers in one email.
Who handles your labels and batch details?
A wrong label is a mistake your customer sees first. Ask whether the partner applies your label, whether batch and expiry are filled in for each product, and whether you approve an exact print preview first.
We do all three. Your label goes on every vial with the product name, strength, storage line, batch and expiry filled in automatically.
How do certificates ship with orders?
Your buyers will ask what is in the vial. Ask how the partner gets a certificate to them. With us, the QR on your label opens our certificate, a white-label certificate in your company's name, or a page on your own site. Read about reading a COA.
How does it connect to your store?
Ask what platforms connect and what flows back. We offer a WooCommerce plugin, plus an API and webhooks for any other platform. Shipped and delivered updates, with tracking, reach your system as they happen.
Who owns the customer, and whose name do they see?
You should. Make sure the partner ships under your brand, never contacts your customers, and is never the merchant of record. With us, you sell under your brand and take payment yourself.
What happens when they make a mistake?
Ask it plainly, and get the answer in writing. If we pick or label an order wrong, we redo it and pay the reship.
Can you test before you go live?
You should be able to. A sandbox on the same system as live orders lets you run test orders end to end. Then a launch review with a real box shows you what your customer will get.
What about minimums and contracts?
Ask for minimum order volume and minimum monthly spend. We have none of either. Also ask for the shipping cut-off: orders in by 2pm ET on a business day are targeted to ship the same day.

Can I use my own packaging?
Yes. Shipping box, bubble mailer, your own packaging, an inside sticker or a branded sticker.
