What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the compound and the lot size available. For most peptides, we offer starting quantities from 1 gram (suitable for small-batch compounding programs) up to kilogram quantities for high-volume 503B programs. We discuss MOQ specifically during your application review — there is no one-size number.
What does the COA cover, and who performs the testing?
Every lot is tested by an independent, accredited third-party analytical laboratory before it enters our inventory. The Certificate of Analysis confirms identity (HPLC / MS), purity by HPLC (≥99 % threshold), potency, water content, and microbial limits. Lot-specific CoAs ship with every order and are available for download in your account.
What are your typical lead times?
In-stock lots ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation and payment. Made-to-order or specialty lots require 3–6 weeks. Lead times are confirmed per compound at the time of quoting. We do not ship against unsecured orders — payment terms are discussed during onboarding.
Do you verify pharmacy licenses before releasing pricing?
Yes, always. All buyers must submit their state pharmacy license (503A) or FDA registration documentation (503B) during the application process. Bulk pricing is never disclosed until licensure is confirmed and the application is approved. This is a hard requirement, not optional.
Do you offer cold-chain shipping?
Yes. Temperature-sensitive peptides — including GLP-1 analogues and other lyophilized compounds with specific storage requirements — ship with validated cold-chain packaging: insulated liners, gel packs sized to transit duration, and carrier selection matched to the route. Cold-chain options are confirmed per compound during your intake review.
How does pricing work?
All pricing is quote-based and depends on compound, quantity, lot availability, and your account tier. We do not publish a retail price list for bulk API. Once your application is approved, you will receive itemized quotes per lot. Volume discounts apply for recurring programs; pricing is locked per purchase order.
Can we receive multiple compounds on one purchase order?
Yes. Multi-compound purchase orders are supported. Each compound will have its own lot number and accompanying CoA. Combined shipments are available where cold-chain requirements are compatible; mixed requirements (ambient + cold) ship separately to maintain integrity.
What documentation do you provide for our QC files?
Beyond the CoA, we can provide: Supplier Declaration of Identity, SDS (Safety Data Sheet), certificate of origin where applicable, and a vendor qualification questionnaire for your internal audit file. These are included at no extra charge and available in your account portal.
