Who does what: your business applies once, US Wholesale reviews, matches and introduces, and the partner pharmacy compounds and dispenses.

One application.

Apply once with your practice details. We match you to the partner pharmacy that fits your products, your volume, and the states you serve, so you are not negotiating with each pharmacy separately.

Pricing through our agreements.

We supply the bulk ingredients our partner pharmacies compound with, and hold supply agreements with them. Approved accounts receive product availability and pricing for their program after review.

Placed by state and product.

Pharmacy licensing is state by state. We place each program with a pharmacy licensed to dispense in the states where your patients are.

One point of contact.

Onboarding, questions, and changes go through one person on our team, across every pharmacy you work with.

Who does what. Prescription products are compounded and dispensed only by licensed partner pharmacies and outsourcing facilities, under a licensed prescriber's order. US Wholesale provides the introduction, account setup, and technology. Our research catalog is a separate product line sold for research use only.

Common questions.

What is the difference between a 503A pharmacy and a 503B outsourcing facility?
A 503A compounding pharmacy prepares medication for an individual patient from a prescription written for that patient; a 503B outsourcing facility compounds in larger batches and can supply practices without a patient-specific prescription. A 503A pharmacy is state-licensed. A 503B facility is registered with the FDA and works under current good manufacturing practice requirements. Telehealth companies that ship to patients generally work with 503A pharmacies; practices that keep product on hand for in-office use generally work with 503B facilities.
Is US Wholesale Peptides a pharmacy?
No. US Wholesale is not a pharmacy and does not compound or dispense medication. We work with licensed partner 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities, and we handle matching, onboarding, and technology for the companies we place with them. Prescription products are dispensed by the pharmacy under a licensed prescriber's order.
What is in the catalog?
More than 1,000 products that our partner 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities can produce on request. Approved accounts get access to the catalog, with availability and pricing for their program.
Which states do your partner pharmacies cover?
Our partner network includes pharmacies licensed across all 50 states. Coverage for a specific product depends on the pharmacy and the state, so we confirm it for your program during review.
Do we need our own prescriber?
Yes. Patient-specific medication requires a prescription from a licensed prescriber. If you are launching a telehealth brand and do not have a prescriber arrangement yet, see our done-for-you telemed program.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is set per program and depends on the product, the volume, and the pharmacy. We share availability and pricing after your application is reviewed. We do not publish a public price list for prescription products.
We are a pharmacy looking to buy ingredients. Is this the right page?
No. This page is for telehealth companies and clinics sourcing pharmacy-made product. Licensed 503A pharmacies and 503B facilities buying bulk active ingredients should use our Bulk APIs page.
