Covers full provisioning: store record, catalog seed, Vercel deployment, domain configuration, webhook registration, payment gateway setup, and onboarding support. Billed after you sign the agreement — not at inquiry.

Per store, recurring

Monthly Platform Access

Platform access covers your admin panel, catalog sync, webhook delivery, SaaS feature entitlements, and support access. Your agreement will specify either a flat monthly fee covering all features, or a per-feature pricing model where you pay only for what is enabled.

Two billing modes: flat_monthly (single charge) or per_feature (each enabled feature billed individually). Mode is agreed at signing and can be revised at renewal.

Per shipment, through the ledger

Fulfillment & Product Costs

Every order that ships deducts from your credit balance: a product-cost line and a shipping-label line. There is no hidden markup — your admin panel shows the exact COGS and shipping cost for every shipment. You replenish your balance via the credit ledger; we do not auto-charge a card.

Fulfillment fee per order is set at provisioning and listed in your agreement. Actual carrier rate plus a disclosed platform handling fee.

Why aren't exact prices listed here?
Every DFY engagement is configured to your store's scale, feature set, and fulfillment volume. Publishing a generic table would either understate the cost for a high-volume operator or scare off a small one. The intro call takes 20 minutes and ends with exact numbers — no pressure to commit.
Is there a revenue share or percentage-of-sales fee?
No. The platform is a flat arrangement: setup, monthly access, and per-shipment fulfillment. We do not take a percentage of your sales. Your margin is yours.
What is the welcome credit?
At launch, a credit is applied to your ledger balance. This offsets your first shipments and gives you a running start without needing to top up immediately. The amount is agreed and itemized in your contract.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Admin panel, catalog sync from our master product library, webhook delivery for ten canonical event types, all enabled SaaS features (wholesale module, affiliate program, volume-tier rebates, origin-tier filtering, and others), and access to our onboarding and ops team.
How are fulfillment costs calculated?
Two ledger lines are written per shipment: a product-cost line (your agreed COGS per unit) and a shipping-label line (actual EasyPost carrier rate plus a flat platform fee). Both are visible in your admin under Finances → Credits. Nothing is estimated or rounded up.
What is the minimum term?
The agreement specifies a minimum term (typically 6 months). After the minimum term, the arrangement continues month-to-month. Early termination terms are in the agreement.
Can the monthly fee change?
The fee is fixed for the term stated in your agreement. If you change your feature set at renewal, the fee is recalculated. No surprise mid-term increases.
