    We send a calendar invite. The call covers your store concept, the full provisioning sequence, cost structure, and answers to any technical questions. You can show up with a domain name and a rough product focus — nothing more is required.

    Walk away with exact numbers.

    By the end of the call you have an itemized cost breakdown: setup fee, monthly platform fee, and per-order fulfillment cost. If the fit is right, we prepare the agreement. If not, no pressure.

    Agreement arrives via DocuSign.

    A DocuSign envelope lands in your inbox covering platform access terms, fee schedule, fulfillment scope, and minimum term. Read it carefully — everything we discussed verbally is in writing here.

    System: your agreement is issued for e-signature with a complete, timestamped audit trail.

  5. Agreement SignedYou

    Sign electronically.

    You sign via DocuSign. Both sides receive a copy. This is the first binding commitment; nothing was owed before this point. We immediately prepare your wire instructions.

    System: your signed copy is filed instantly and your wire instructions are prepared automatically.

  6. Wire SentYou

    Initiate the wire transfer.

    Your bank wire covers the setup fee and welcome credit. After sending, you return to your onboarding portal and confirm the transfer: date and amount. We watch for it on our end.

    System: your transfer date and amount are recorded the moment you confirm them in your portal.

  7. Wire ReceivedUSW

    We confirm the wire.

    Once the wire clears, ops marks it received. Your onboarding portal unlocks the asset-collection checklist. This is the last step before we need anything from you on the money side.

  8. Assets CollectingYou

    Complete the portal checklist.

    Your portal shows a short checklist: logo upload, business details, optional brand doc, product preferences, and wire receipt upload. Most operators finish all required tasks in under 30 minutes. Your ops contact is available throughout.

    System: every checklist item is tracked to completion — your store can't be built until each one is done.

  9. Ready to ProvisionUSW

    Provisioning queue opens.

    When all required tasks are marked complete, your lead advances automatically and enters the provisioning queue. Ops initiates the clone wizard. This step is typically same-day or next-day.

    Your store is live.

    Our provisioning system builds your store, owner account, welcome credit, all platform integrations, your custom domain, and deployment in one automated pass — then sends a secure welcome link. You click it; your admin panel is live and your catalog is already populated.

    System: your store, admin, catalog, and welcome credit are created automatically, and your secure login link is emailed to you.

Once you're live, you run the brand.

Your admin panel has full control over products, pricing, orders, fulfillment, affiliates, wholesale customers, and store settings. Catalog sync keeps your product set current as the master library updates. Fulfillment is handled by our warehouse — you watch the status; your customers get tracking numbers.

Demo mode lets you test the entire stack — orders, emails, fulfillment events, billing flows — before any real transaction goes through. Going live is a single admin action.
